Accounting Manager

to join our team and oversee all financial operations, ensuring the company's financial health, compliance, and strategic growth in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability. Prepare detailed forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to inform strategic decision-making. Provide senior management with timely, accurate financial reports and actionable insights.

Accounting & Reporting

Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Maintain compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency. Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and financial risk mitigation. Optimize surplus fund investments and refine financing strategies to support business growth.

Taxation & Compliance

Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other applicable regulations. Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and consultants to maintain compliance and strategic planning. Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial fraud. Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures within the finance and accounting processes.

Real Estate Brokerage Focus

Track and reconcile property transactions, commissions, and agent payments accurately and on time. Analyze project and portfolio profitability to support business decisions. Assist management in structuring investment opportunities and strategic partnerships to maximize returns.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in real estate or property.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, real estate transactions, and tax regulations. Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and compliance procedures.

Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (experience with real estate software is a plus). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Languages:

Fluent in English and Mandarin.
