Lead finance operations across the company. Ensure compliance with UAE tax and labor laws. Support investment and acquisition transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll, and filings. Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and banking. Prepare accurate monthly and annual reports. Conduct due diligence and valuations.
Requirements
10+ years of UAE accounting experience. Strong knowledge of finance, tax, and labor laws. Degree in Accounting/Finance; certifications preferred. Excellent English; Arabic/Persian an advantage.
