SMS Group is looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant - Tax & Accounting Executive to join our finance team.
This role is ideal for professionals experienced in bookkeeping, VAT registration & filing, and UAE Corporate Tax compliance, who thrive in a structured, detail-oriented environment.
You'll work closely with our internal client-handling team, managing financial operations for clients across diverse industries.
Key Requirements
2+ years in an accounting firm or similar role
Strong expertise in bookkeeping, VAT, and Corporate Tax
Background in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
Immediate availability (no notice period)
Proficiency with cloud-based accounting tools (e.g., Zoho Books)
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Your Responsibilities
Maintain accurate bookkeeping across various clients
Manage VAT registration, compliance, and return filing
Handle Corporate Tax registration, liability calculations, and FTA submissions
Ensure audit-ready documentation as per UAE regulations
Collaborate with the internal team for smooth financial workflows
