Senior Accountant Preferred With F&b Experience
Job Description
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor and analyze accounting data, ensure accuracy, and produce financial reports.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and payroll.
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to improve cost efficiency.
Ensure accurate inventory costing and control, specifically tailored to F&B operations.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the F&B industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, or similar). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
