. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting project-based accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all accounts payable activities
Process supplier invoices, subcontractor bills, and staff expense claims accurately and on time
Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery notes
Handle supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Prepare payment schedules and coordinate timely payments
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Assist in project cost tracking related to interior fit-out works
Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum
4-7 years of accounting experience
, preferably in
interior fit-out or construction
Strong experience in
accounts payable
Good knowledge of accounting standards and financial controls
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Hands-on experience with Tally
Preferred Skills:
Experience handling subcontractor and project-based payments
Knowledge of construction contracts and variations
Tally accounting system experience
