Senior Accountant / Finance Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Finance Supervisor to manage the daily financial operations of our coffee shop group (3-5 branches). The ideal candidate will handle branch-level accounting, cash control, supplier payments, payroll, and monthly financial reporting while coordinating with our external audit and VAT consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and record daily sales, expenses, and branch cash reconciliations
Manage supplier invoices, petty cash, and bank deposits
Prepare monthly profit & loss reports for each branch
Handle staff payroll and leave tracking
Monitor inventory and wastage reports with branch managers
Coordinate with external auditors and VAT/tax consultants
Maintain accurate, audit-ready books and ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in F&B / hospitality / retail
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and bookkeeping
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
