As a key member of our finance and operations team, you will play a vital role in
controlling food and beverage costs
, optimizing resources, and ensuring smooth catering operations across multiple sites.
Your expertise will help maintain profitability while upholding the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and control daily food, beverage, and operational costs to ensure alignment with budget targets.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile consumption reports.
Prepare and analyze
cost variance reports
to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with purchasing, production, and finance teams to streamline cost-control initiatives.
Monitor
portion control, wastage, and yield performance
for efficiency and consistency.
Develop and implement
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for inventory and cost management.
Assist management in
budget preparation, forecasting, and performance reviews
.
Supervise and train team members to maintain consistent cost standards and operational discipline.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
F&B cost control, catering operations, or hospitality management
.
Diploma or Degree
in Accounting, Business Management, or Hospitality preferred.
Strong knowledge of
inventory systems, food production processes, and cost analysis
.
Advanced skills in
MS Excel
; experience with
ERP and POS systems
is a must.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to perform under pressure in a
fast-paced environment
.
Must be currently based in the UAE.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
