Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate implementation and compliance with
IFRS 15
standards across all revenue recognition processes. Analyze customer contracts to determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment. Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date documentation for accounting policies and procedures. Lead or support ad-hoc financial projects and provide insight into financial performance. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support internal controls and process improvements within the finance function. Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients, vendors, and stakeholders.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA is a plus). Minimum
5+ years of accounting experience
, with at least2 years focused on IFRS 15
. Proficient inArabic and English
(both spoken and written). Strong knowledge of IFRS, especiallyrevenue recognition under IFRS 15
. Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks). Must hold avalid own visa
(freelance, spouse, or investor visa). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
