Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant is based in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, including the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and financial reporting. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, performing audits, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in Arabic is required for this position.

Proficiency in financial accounting and reporting Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Fluency in Arabic and English Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
