Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Senior Accountant will also be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Fluency in Arabic and English languages Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards Experience in financial reporting and analysis Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred
