Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Senior Arabic Accountant

to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will handle the full spectrum of accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to UAE regulations.

Corporate Tax, VAT, and Financial Statements

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and general ledgers. Oversee daily accounting operations including payables, receivables, and reconciliations. Manage

VAT filing, Corporate Tax calculations, and FTA compliance

. Prepare month-end and year-end closings in line with IFRS standards. Review and approve accounting entries and financial reports. Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reports. Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits. Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance on complex accounting issues. Ensure all financial activities comply with UAE laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA / CMA is an advantage). Minimum

5 years of accounting experience in the UAE

. Strong knowledge of

Corporate Tax, VAT, and IFRS

. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems). Excellent communication skills in

Arabic and English

. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience in an

accounting or auditing firm

. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management. Leadership and mentoring abilities.
