Job Description
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION IS A MUST A Group of Real Estate, Contracting and Trading Companies is looking for Senior Accountant for overseeing its AR. He would be reporting to AM Accounts and overseeing AR of all the Group Companies; Main Job responsibilities * Periodical Ageing Analysis of Debtors * Monitoring and reconciling AR balances * Identifying and taking action for all overdue debtors * Making Project reports for financial institutions for projects under credit facilities * Coordinate with sales teams of trading companies and CRM teams of Real Estate Companies * Finalizing Sales data for Tax returns * Coordinating with Project managers to prepare periodical Contracting invoices Desired Skills and Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years working experience * Experience in a Real Estate and Construction Industry will be appreciated * Professional Qualification will be appreciated * Detail oriented and hard working Job Type: Permanent Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
