Responsibilities & Duties: a Accounts Receivables: a) Keep track on all scheduled payments b) Establish & execute payrolls c) Receive, record and process invoices of suppliers d) Record payables as Liabilities a Accounts Payables: a) Track & record all payments from vendors b) Create and record invoices c) Communicate reminders of due payments d) Record receivables as Assets a Take part in supply chain management of need devices & optimize inventory cost a Budgeting: a) Track budget spending of other departments b) Interact with all departments and make sure budget is spent within agreed limits as per Management Budget Policy c) Maintain cost under limits/Cost cutting a Deliver Financial statements a Keep track on all tax related aspect a Comply with all applicable standards by the country a Advising Management on all financial aspects. Prepare the finance strategy in line with the organizationaEUR(TM)s overall strategy and mission and ensure that the Finance function is positioned as a key service provider and partner to the business. a Responsible for Finance planning and analysis, operating and revenue budgets and business plans ensuring adherence to the organizationaEUR(TM)s strategic objectives & goals, and compliance with requisite guidelines and time targets. a Ensure accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts for the organization, so as to provide clear insight into its financial condition enabling high quality and agile decision making. a Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded a Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines a Reconcile bank statements a Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed a Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports a Highlight Key achievements through KPIs and performance review graph.
