Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, Access Control, Biometric, and Intrusion Alarm Systems. Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations and company standards. Conduct site surveys, prepare technical reports, and recommend system designs. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed security solutions. Act as a client-facing engineer during site visits, handovers, and technical presentations. Manage and update SIRA Dashboard/Portal (system registration, NVR uploads, renewals, CCTV compliance submissions). Collaborate with IT/network teams for smooth system integration. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on security systems. Assist with minor IT technical support tasks (network troubleshooting, hardware/software and end user support). Document installations, configurations, and updates.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security System Engineer in Dubai. Valid SIRA Security Systems Engineer License (mandatory). UAE Driving License (mandatory). Strong knowledge of CCTV, biometric access, alarm systems, and security networks. Experience using the SIRA Dashboard for compliance and reporting. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and documentation. Excellent problem solving, communication, and client-handling skills. Plus Point: IT technical background (network support, system troubleshooting, basic server/switch configuration).
Preferred Skills

Experience with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, ZKTeco, Suprema, Honeywell, Yeastar, etc. Familiarity with VLANs, IP addressing, and NVR/Server setup.
