Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security System Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems, including CCTV, VideoGuard/Eguard, ANPR, and access control systems in compliance with SIRA regulations. The role requires site visits, system audits, and technical support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Configuration:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, ANPR, VideoGuard, access control, and other ELV systems.

System Integration:

Ensure seamless connectivity between security devices and monitoring systems.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Diagnose and repair security system issues, conduct routine maintenance, and ensure compliance with SIRA regulations.

Technical Support:

Provide on-site and remote support to clients regarding system operations and troubleshooting.

SIRA Compliance & Documentation:

Prepare and submit technical reports, compliance documents, and audit reports as per SIRA standards.

Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers, technicians, and support teams to ensure timely project completion.

Testing & Commissioning:

Conduct final testing and commissioning of installed security systems before handover to clients.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years in security system installation and maintenance.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of CCTV, VideoGuard/Eguard, ANPR, networking, and access control systems.

Nationality:

Any.

SIRA Certification:

SIRA Engineer License is mandatory.

Driving License:

UAE Driving License is an added advantage.

Skills:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and modifying security system layouts.

Knowledge of SIRA portal and VideoGuard portal processes.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
