We are seeking a

qualified and experienced CCTV Operator

with a valid

SIRA license

to monitor and maintain security surveillance systems across our facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors through continuous monitoring and prompt reporting of any suspicious or criminal activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect and report security breaches, unauthorized activities, or safety hazards. Operate and maintain CCTV and security control room equipment in accordance with SIRA standards. Coordinate with security teams, management, and local authorities during incidents or emergencies. Record and document daily activities, observations, and incidents in a detailed logbook or digital system. Ensure all CCTV cameras are functioning correctly; report faults or technical issues promptly. Retrieve and preserve video evidence when required for investigations. Maintain confidentiality of all surveillance information and recordings. Support security operations and other departments as needed to ensure site safety and compliance.

Requirements:

Valid SIRA CCTV Operator License

(Dubai).

Minimum 1-2 years of experience

as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security control room role. Good knowledge of CCTV systems, monitoring software, and video analytics. Strong observation skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. Proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage). Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
