Operate and monitor all CCTV systems and related equipment.
Continuously observe live camera footage for unusual, suspicious, or illegal activities.
Ensure cameras are functional and covering designated areas without obstruction.
Incident Management:
Identify and respond to incidents in real time, escalating to security personnel or emergency services as necessary.
Record, log, and report incidents accurately and in a timely manner.
Retrieve and preserve video footage related to specific events or investigations.
System Operation & Maintenance:
Regularly check and maintain CCTV equipment, reporting faults or failures.
Ensure recording devices are functioning correctly and storage is sufficient.
Assist in software updates, system backups, and footage archiving.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain logs of all incidents, equipment issues, and daily operations.
Prepare surveillance reports and submit to supervisors as required.
Keep records confidential and in accordance with data protection regulations.
Compliance & Confidentiality:
Follow company policies, legal requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure strict confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
Support Security Operations:
Coordinate with on-ground security personnel to track movements and incidents.
Provide visual support for emergency responses, theft investigations, or safety audits.
Communication & Coordination:
Maintain clear communication with security teams, management, and emergency services.
Alert relevant departments or authorities as per escalation protocols.
Skills & Qualifications:
Qualification:
SIRA Certified
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of CCTV systems, video surveillance software, and basic troubleshooting.
Experience:
1-3 years in a similar role
