Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security System Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating our advanced security systems, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security systems and protocols, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to react quickly in urgent situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor our state-of-the-art security systems including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and intrusion detection systems Identify and respond to any suspicious activity or potential threats in a timely and efficient manner Communicate with security personnel on the ground to coordinate responses and provide support as needed Conduct regular checks and maintenance on all security systems to ensure they are functioning properly Monitor and respond to alarms and alerts from security equipment and take action as necessary Report any security incidents or breaches to management in a timely and accurate manner Keep detailed records of all security system activity and incidents Stay up-to-date on the latest security protocols and procedures to ensure the most effective responses and operations Participate in security system training and drills to maintain proficiency

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in operating security systems preferred Strong understanding and knowledge of security protocols and procedures Ability to think quickly and react calmly in urgent and high-stress situations Excellent communication skills Proficiency in operating security software and equipment Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail for extended periods of time Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
