We're Hiring - Security Supervisor / Security Officer
Are you a vigilant, reliable and proactive security professional seeking a role in the UAE? We're expanding our security team and looking for Supervisors and Officers who can maintain safe environments, lead patrols, and respond decisively to incidents.
What you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitor premises and personnel, observe for security risks, and take appropriate action.
  • Conduct internal investigations and prepare incident reports when necessary.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and security incidents.
  • Supervise and coordinate the security team; provide briefings and regular updates to management.
  • Ensure adherence to site security procedures and support access control and inspection processes.
  • Work rotating shifts as required to maintain 24/7 coverage.
What we're looking for:
  • Previous security experience preferred.
  • Valid SIRA license is mandatory.
  • Good command of English and Hindi for effective on-site communication.
  • Physically fit, alert and able to handle the demands of shift work.
  • Strong observation, reporting and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and follow instructions under pressure.
