As a Security Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Oversee the operation of CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems to detect and respond to suspicious activities or incidents.
• Work closely with other hotel departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Act promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and incidents, taking appropriate actions to maintain order and safety.
• Regularly patrol the hotel premises, including public areas, guest floors, and back-of-house areas, to maintain a visible security presence and deter potential threats.
• Manage access control measures, verifying the identity of individuals entering restricted areas.
• Defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Call for assistance using proper code responses.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A valid SIRA certification or license.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a 5-star / international hotel.
• Good communication skills, fluent in oral and written English language (and Local Language)
• Critical thinking skills, must be able to observe situations and make appropriate response
