Urgently hiring for Security Supervisor (Arabic Speaker) preferably with Real Estate and Facility Management experience available locally in Qatar. Locally available in Qatar with transferable QID and NOC.

Responsible for assisting the Management in implementing, overseeing and monitoring all security matters and enforcement of security policies and regulation for the protection of tenant, employees, properties and classified information and from injury, damage, loss and theft. Complaints Handling and Carry out Investigation of any type of mishap within the Property and preparing the Reports. Respond rapidly to request for Emergency and Non-emergency assistance in a Professional and Hospitable Manner. Direct Safety-threatening situation and Irregularities like unwanted visitors, Mutilation or Aggressive Behavior. Co-ordinates with Local Police Agencies in the Investigation and Handling of Crimes, Accidents, etc. involving the Property, its Employees, Tenants or Guests. Implement Action Plan in case of Emergency (Crisis Management Plan). Perform all tasks consistently in line with the Compound standards and adhere to all legal and statutory requirements. To follow and adhere to all Systems and Procedure as lay down by the Management. Preferably 175 cm in height
