Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the security team. Monitor security systems and respond to incidents promptly. Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Prepare and submit incident reports and shift summaries. Train and mentor security staff to maintain high performance standards. Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when necessary. Ensure compliance with legal and organizational security requirements.

Proven experience in a supervisory security role. Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Relevant certifications in security or safety management are preferred.
