:

As a Security Strategy Director, you will be responsible to monitor security trends and threats, assesses risks and defines the strategy, standards and operating guidelines to ensure the Security and Safety of all Leisure Facilitates, Colleagues and Guests.

• Develops the security strategy, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are followed by all employees.
• Enforce all safety and security practices in all Miral Experiences entities.
• Coordinating security operations with local law enforcement agencies as well as private security companies.
• Providing security training to employees on topics such as recognizing security risks and how to respond to emergencies.
• Performing risk assessments to determine potential security risks in specific locations or scenarios.
• Stays on the cutting-edge of security trends and benchmark with industry leaders to identify best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Managing physical security by monitoring building access controls, surveillance systems, and other security measures.
• Monitoring security equipment\'s/Systems such as Alarms, Cameras, and Access control System to ensure proper functioning.
• Planning security measures for special events such as concerts or conventions.
• Verifying security screenings at entrances.
• Safeguard the facilities, colleagues, guests, and assets.
• Investigate incidents/accidents in a confidential and professional manner.
• Liaise with HSE on crisis management, emergency, and evacuation drills.
• Liaise with the government and park management related regulation or requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with outside law enforcement agencies in investigating crimes and accidents relating to guests or colleagues to ensure that the rules and regulations are followed and enforced.
• Liaise with government officials such as Civil Defense to maintain good relations.
• Assist in any emergency situations that may arise to minimize possible damage, loss or injury to any guests, colleagues, or company property.
• Supervision of all operational issues that might occur on the premises to ensure that the highest standards of safety and security are maintained.
• Review and update all policies and procedures to comply with local legislation and relevant international standards.
• Ensure proper supervision and training for colleagues to safely complete all tasks as per their job requirements.
• Assist facilities and ensure that regular scheduled tests and inspections with regards to fire detection and firefighting systems and other emergency related equipment are completed as per the requirement.
• Organizing with HSE of all fire training and bi-annual evacuation drills.
• Report any safety concerns to the management in order to maintain the highest standard of safety at all times.
• Coordinate with the Park Management for all VIP visits and escorts.
• Manage the department budget.
• Identity financial and operational opportunities which will maximize profit and efficiency for the Business.
• Develop, train and support Team members to enable them to fulfill their roles to high standards.
• Conduct performance appraisals of the Security team.
• Provide Park Management support on special projects for the business.
• Maintain good relationship with YI stakeholders.
• Create reports for management on security status.
• As needed, provide support and/or coverage to Security Operations leadership team, leading Security operations.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• Bachelor\'s degree is the field of security or related degrees
• Minimum 5 years with background in law enforcement, and corporate management
• Entertainment industry related experience
• Strong Leadership Skills and strong command of English
