Client Profile

Our client is a world recognized marketing and brand consultancy and we are recruiting a Brand Strategy Director to lead the development of online and offline brand strategies for some of the region's most famous and up and coming brands. Reporting to the CEO, the role will focus on client engagement and creating high impact content to ensure their clients achieve profitability through brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Role Summary

• Create high impact online and offline content that represents clients' strategies, products and services to gain market share, brand recognition and revenue through working actively in marketing and brand activation strategy development.

• Conduct industry analysis, research and audits to capture industry and consumer trends and market intelligence.

• Budget planning and management.

• Measurement and analysis of the effectiveness of brand strategies.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

• 7- 10 years' experience in a mid-level management role in B2B and B2C brand strategy within an international organization based in the UK, Europe or USA with a minimum of 3 years' experience of brand strategy in the Middle East region.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Candidate Profile

• Confidence and ability to interact professionally with "C" level executive and senior management decision makers in MNCs.

• Strategically and commercially astute with high intellect.

• Currently living in the Gulf region, preferably the UAE.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
