Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor on-site security personnel
Conduct regular
patrols and spot checks
to ensure guards are alert and present
Ensure all guards are properly uniformed and equipped
Submit daily reports and incident logs to the Operations Manager
Ensure full compliance with SIRA regulations and company policies
Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional and timely manner
Assist in scheduling and coordinating security staff at various locations
Provide training, guidance, and leadership to security guards
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
Requirements:
Valid SIRA Certificate
- Mandatory* Fluent in
English
- Required* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a
security supervisory role
in the UAE
UAE Driving License
- Preferred* Strong leadership and communication skills
Good physical condition and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of patrol procedures, reporting, and emergency response
Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays

AED 2,500 - AED 2,700
