Job Summary:

Universal Security Services is hiring a dedicated and experienced

Patrolling Supervisor

to oversee multiple sites and ensure that security operations are being carried out effectively. The ideal candidate will lead mobile patrols, monitor guard performance, and ensure quick response to incidents across locations.

Note: Candidates must be willing to stay in company-provided accommodation.

Responsibilities:

Supervise mobile patrol teams across assigned sites. Conduct regular patrolling and random spot checks on guards. Ensure all guards are present, active, and complying with duties. Monitor guard behavior, uniforms, equipment, and grooming. Respond immediately to alarms, incidents, or client complaints. Report operational issues or incidents to senior management. Coordinate shift changes and fill gaps as needed. Ensure compliance with SIRA and internal company procedures. Prepare patrol reports and submit daily updates. Liaise with clients and provide on-site support as required.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years

of experience in a similar patrolling or supervisory security role.

Valid SIRA Supervisor License

(Mandatory). UAE

Driving License

(Mandatory). Strong observation, communication, and team leadership skills. Familiarity with reporting, mobile patrol logs, and incident management. Flexible to work

day/night shifts

, weekends, and holidays.

Must stay in company accommodation
