Job Summary

The Security Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing both

security and lifeguard operations

across assigned sites. The role ensures safety, compliance with UAE regulations, effective staff deployment, and smooth coordination between security guards and lifeguards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily

security and lifeguard operations

at assigned locations Deploy, schedule, and monitor

security guards and lifeguards

Ensure compliance with

SIRA

and

UAE lifeguard safety standards

Conduct routine inspections of pools, beaches, CCTV, access control, and safety equipment Handle incidents, rescues, emergencies, and investigations; prepare detailed reports Coordinate with facility managers, clients, and operations management Ensure lifeguards maintain valid

lifeguard license, CPR, First Aid & Rescue certifications

Train, brief, and discipline staff as per SOPs Monitor CCTV systems, access points, and pool safety zones Ensure professional conduct, grooming, and readiness of all staff Maintain rosters, attendance, incident logs, and compliance documentation
Requirements & Qualifications

1-3 years experience

in

Security Operations and Lifeguard Supervision

SIRA Certification

(mandatory for Dubai security operations) Valid

Lifeguard License

with CPR & First Aid certification Strong leadership and crisis-management skills Good command of

English

Knowledge of pool safety regulations, emergency response, and risk assessment Valid

UAE Driving License

(preferred) Physically fit and presentable
