Job Description

Position: Security Operation Supervisor (Immediate Joining Required)Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the security team across assigned sites. Ensure all security personnel follow company policies, client instructions, and safety protocols. Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and patrols to ensure high standards of service and security. Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and assign tasks to guards. Handle incidents, emergencies, and reports in a prompt and professional manner. Train and guide security personnel on operational procedures, emergency response, and client handling. Maintain accurate records of attendance, incident reports, and shift handovers. Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and emergency services when required. Monitor and ensure proper usage of security equipment (e.g., CCTV, radios, access control systems). Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of security staff.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Good knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency procedures. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites or teams. Proficient in reporting and documentation. Familiarity with security systems and technology (CCTV, control room monitoring, etc.). SIRA certification (if applicable) is a plus. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and on-call duties.
