Security Guard (SIRA)
Position: Security Guard (SISA Certified)
Job Type: Full-Time

? Job Purpose
To ensure the safety, security, and protection of our clients' personnel, property, and assets. The Security Guard will maintain a visible presence, monitor premises, and act as a first responder in security and emergency situations, adhering strictly to SIRA regulations and company protocols.
? Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Access Control & Monitoring:

• Control entry and exit points for personnel, vehicles, and materials.
• Verify credentials and issue visitor passes as per established procedures.
• Conduct patrols of the property on a scheduled basis, both on foot and via monitoring systems.
• Monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV) and alarm systems.

2. Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and detailed daily activity reports and incident logs.
• Report any security breaches, suspicious activities, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
• Complete all necessary SIRA-mandated documentation accurately and on time.

3. Customer Service & Presence:

• Provide a professional and courteous first point of contact for visitors and clients.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance in the designated uniform at all times.
• Uphold the reputation and standards of United Security Group.

4. Emergency Response:

• Respond promptly to emergencies (e.g., fire, medical, security threats) following established protocols.
• Assist in the evacuation of buildings during drills and actual emergencies.
• Secure the scene of an incident until the arrival of emergency services or management.

5. Compliance:

• Strictly adhere to all SIRA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and instructions from the Security Supervisor.

? Candidate Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:

• SIRA Certificate: Must possess a valid SIRA security guard license or be eligible and willing to undergo SIRA certification (sponsored by the company).
• Visa Status: Immediate joiners are required. Candidates with a Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa are strongly preferred.
• Availability: Must be flexible to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in security or a related field is an advantage.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods.
• Language Skills: Basic knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Personal Attributes:
• High level of alertness and observation skills.
• Strong integrity and reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
