Job Description

Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Security Consultant who will primarily focus on post-sales activities, including the implementation, integration, and optimization of network and cybersecurity solutions. The consultant may also be involved in pre-sales support, such as solution scoping, SoW development, and delivering PoCs. This role demands strong technical skills, customer engagement, and a commitment to high-quality delivery, aligned with customer satisfaction and strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities:

As a cyber security expert, you should be able to deploy the targeted security solutions. You should take joint ownership with the pre-sales team in building projects SoW and delivering POCs. Leads projects delivering architectural-level requirements and supervising activities related to deployment, configuration, testing and troubleshooting. Execution of technical security projects for our clients. Act as a subject matter expert for information security services to our clients. Interaction and communication with vendor support organizations and engineers. Designing security architectures for our clients. Researching innovative solutions for client needs. Deliver a successful proof of concept for our clients. Maintain a healthy project status. Able to handle customer demands and requests. Provide support for other team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of hands-on experience in Network and Cybersecurity consulting Advanced knowledge in the deployment and integration of the following Fortinet technologies:

FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiNAC, FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer
Solid foundation in TCP/IP networking, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and network architecture Any additional experience with other Fortinet cybersecurity solutions, Palo Alto and F5 will be considered an advantage. Experience in IT consulting, implementation, and integration projects Experience with Cisco switching and wireless environments Proven experience in both vendor and large-scale customer environment Strong experience in presenting to technical and business audiences. Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities. Understanding of information security concepts and related technology Outstanding customer handling, friendly and goal-oriented Being able to understand complex business processes and activities Flexible work approach based on the job requirements. Being able to manage his/her own projects Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customer/business users Self-motivated with a proactive work approach Strong organizational and documentation skills Flexible and adaptable to customer/project needs Ability to manage multiple engagements and workstreams simultaneously
