We have been given an exciting mandate by our client is a leading manufacturing company in the UAE. They are looking for a qualified and experienced Security and CCTV Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate and implement effective security protocols. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Oversee the security team and provide leadership, guidance, and support.

• Schedule and coordinate shifts to ensure adequate security coverage.

• Monitor and enforce security procedures and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment.

• Conduct regular patrols to identify and address security risks.

• Develop and implement emergency response plans.

• Coordinate with emergency services in the event of incidents and ensure a swift and organized response.

• Manage and operate security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarms.

• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of security equipment.

• Provide training to security personnel on procedures, protocols, and the use of security equipment.

• Conduct regular drills to test the readiness of the security team.

• Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports.

• Collaborate with relevant authorities during investigations.

• Implement and manage access control measures to regulate entry and exit points.

• Verify and authorize access for employees, visitors, and contractors.

• Liaise with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other external partners.

• Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and implement preventive measures.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in security management is a plus.

• Proven experience in security supervision or a related field.

• Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to make quick and sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

• Certification in security management or a related field is desirable.
