About the Project

We are supporting a major client engagement in Dubai, delivering a multi-country Compensation & Rewards Benchmarking project across the media and investment sectors.

The project covers:

Market benchmarking and data analytics across GCC and global comparators Compensation survey design, normalisation, and analysis Sector-specific insights into reward structures and allowances Change & implementation support for new total rewards frameworks
This is a high-profile engagement requiring experienced contractors to deliver alongside Proservartner's leadership team.

Role Overview - Sector SME

The Sector SME will provide deep industry-specific insight for media and investment sectors, supporting compensation benchmarking and total rewards framework design.

Key Responsibilities

Provide sector-specific guidance on job families, comparators, and reward practices Support benchmarking analysis with industry insight and practical recommendations Advise project teams and client stakeholders on sector trends and best practices Ensure outputs reflect sector-specific nuances and real-world applicability

Candidate Requirements

10+ years' HR or Compensation & Benefits experience within media (broadcast/digital) or investment sectors Deep understanding of sector-specific job structures and reward practices Strong advisory and client-facing capability Ability to provide actionable recommendations to influence project outcomes

Pay: AED700.00 - AED900.00 per day
