Job Description

1. Educational Qualifications: University graduate with a degree in Business or Banking or Finance or any other related discipline. Master's degree in Management any other related discipline will be an added advantage.
2. Experience: 13-18 years of total experience in financial services/banking industry, entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline. Extensive experience in the management of large projects in banking industry. Experience at a supervisory and management capacity. Proven capacity in leading strategic / operational project planning and management, including implementation of standards /methodologies. 3. Core Skills Strategic business knowledge Strong project management ability Finance, accounting and budgeting knowledge Resource management Knowledge of project management principles, practices, tools and methodologies Extensive experience in the use and application of project management /control systems and tools Understanding of the strategic and operational risk management and mitigation plan Strategic and Operational Business Planning Business Understanding within International Economic/ Legal context Excellent knowledge and understanding of compliance and legal requirements Knowledge of research methodologies and practices Knowledge of Performance measurement strategies and tools 4.Certifications Professional certification such as PMP/ Prince2 or other project management certification is mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
