Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence
Maintain and organize company files and records
Assist in preparing invoices, reports, and other financial documents
Coordinate with accounting department for petty cash, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping
Handle confidential documents with integrity
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Basic knowledge of accounting or finance is a strong advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High level of professionalism and discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in office administration, business, or accounting
Experience using Quickbooks Online is a plus
