Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks and office coordination
Prepare and issue
quotations
and
invoices
accurately and on time
Handle basic accounting tasks and records with precision
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Assist in documentation, filing, and follow-ups
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role in UAE
Strong background in
quotations
and
invoicing
Basic accounting knowledge is a
must
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting tools
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
