We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Secretary to the CEO with a strong administrative skillset and an accounting background. This role requires exceptional organization, confidentiality, and the ability to support executive-level operations while assisting with basic financial and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support
Manage the calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents
Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems
Assist with accounting-related tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial documentation
Coordinate with finance and accounting teams as required
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
Background or education in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); accounting software is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
Certificate or diploma in Accounting or Finance
Previous experience supporting senior management or C-level executives
