Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional
Secretary
to support the Manager in daily operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in a
construction/contracting company
and
preferably an engineering background
to understand technical documents and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative and secretarial support to the Manager.
Prepare letters, correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
Maintain proper filing of project documents, contracts, and technical records.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing technical submittals, LPOs, quotations, and tender documents.
Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
Track and update project workflows and pending tasks.
Ensure confidentiality and smooth office coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering (preferred)
or related field.
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
as a Secretary/Administrative Assistant in a
contracting or construction company
.
Strong understanding of engineering/technical documents.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
Immediate joiners are an advantage.
