Touq ReadyMix is seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to the General Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support within the ReadyMix or construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute-taking
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the GM
Assist in project tracking, procurement coordination, and follow-ups
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience as a secretary or executive assistant, preferably in the ReadyMix or construction sector
Valid UAE driver's license is mandatory
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Preferred Qualities:
Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Professional demeanor and proactive attitude

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
