We are looking for a "Secretary to the CEO" for a global organization. Need someone with high level of professionalism and someone with a demonstrable experience in working with global executive management teams Location of job: Dubai :
  • Coordinating and scheduling regular EXCO meetings.
  • Helping prepare, compile and distribute agendas.
  • Obtaining, and preparing the required reporting/documentation and meeting materials.
  • Coordinating and securing travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Maintaining CEO diary
  • Collecting and preparing information for CEO meetings with staff and outside parties
  • Preparing and providing company documentation as required for executives, clients and business partners.
  • Logging executive travel schedules and expenses.
Qualification and Experience:
  • Good understanding of business fundamentals and organizational structures and processes
  • Exceptional organizational and scheduling/planning skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable multitasking abilities
  • Strong verbal and concise written skills (English language), across all channels of communication
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials
