Job Description

We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive

female secretary

to support our office with daily administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain office records and filing systems Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements:



Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
