Secretary Executive Assistant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support



Manage and organize the executive's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and office documentation.

2. Communication & Coordination



Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries professionally. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

3. Office & Project Management



Assist in planning and executing corporate events, meetings, and conferences. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Manage office supplies, budgets, and administrative processes.

4. Travel & Expense Management



Arrange business travel, accommodations, and itineraries. Process expense reports and reimbursements.

Key Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

3+ years in an administrative or executive support role.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Work Environment & Expectations:



Fast-paced office setting with frequent interaction with executives and stakeholders. May require occasional overtime for meetings, events, or urgent tasks. Hybrid or remote work flexibility, depending on company policies.
