Job Description

We are seeking a well-organized and professional Receptionist / Secretary to manage our front desk operations and provide administrative support to the team.

Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary Develop and maintain a filing system Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms distribute email, letters Support management and other staff with various tasks as needed Manage, organize, and maintain project documentation across all phases Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to control the flow of documents
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

* UAE: 2 years (Preferred)
