Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize all incoming and outgoing project documents.
Prepare letters, reports, and other correspondence as required.
Ensure accurate filing and archiving of project records (both electronic and hard copies).
Coordinate with engineers and project staff for timely document submissions.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting minutes, and office coordination.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with document control systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
