Document Controller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and organizing all company documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and manage all documents in an organized and efficient manner (digital and physical) Control access to documents and ensure proper versioning and updates. Ensure documents are up-to-date, properly labeled, and stored in the correct locations. Support teams in retrieving documents quickly and accurately when needed. Follow and enforce company document control procedures and standards. Prepare reports and summaries related to documentation status and distribution.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role in the UAE. Excellent organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
