Job Description

We are looking for a details - oriented and organized Document Controller/ Secretary to manage, track and maintain company documents.

Key Responsibilities:

. Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation.

Ensure documents are files, archived and retrieved in an organized and secure manner.

Control access to documents and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications& Skills:

. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field.

. Proficiency in MS Office and document.

. 5 years' experience in similar field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month

Language:

English fluently (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* Qatar ID (Preferred)
