Job Description

Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients and vendors. Maintain accurate and well-organized records of projects, reports, and client documents. Assist in preparing quotations, reports, and other client-facing documents in coordination with the technical team. Organize and manage internal filing systems, ensuring proper document control in line with company protocols. Greet visitors, assist with inquiries, and maintain a welcoming office environment. Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the Matrix Laboratory team. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY ARE ACCEPTED

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
