Job Description

We are hiring/looking for a Dynamic and with Experience as a Secretary/Receptionist (FEMALE ONLY) with at least 2 years experience in the same field (in UAE): Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and Adobe.

Duties & responsibilities:

Assisting and Creating Order Engage in active listening & to be thorough and pay attention to detail Maintaining & Keeping Stocks on Accurate Quantities Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion Supporting other staff members and departments as needed Coordinating Stocks with the Warehouseman Ability to work independently and as part of a team support to optimize workflow procedures in the office Ability to handle pressure and deadlines Ability to multitask and prioritize. Work Timings 8am to 6pm (Sunday Off) Arabic and/ or Tagalog Speaking
