Key Responsibilities:
? Greet and assist visitors, parents, staff, and students with professionalism and warmth
? Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
? Maintain visitor logs and ensure school security protocols are followed
? Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for the school administration
? Handle student attendance records and assist with administrative documentation
? Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including courier services
? Assist in admissions and enrollment inquiries
? Support school events and activities as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role (preferably in a school setting)
Excellent communication skills in
English
(Arabic is an advantage)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools
Strong interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and a welcoming demeanor
