Control the documents and data control activities/movements

- Maintain an up-to-date Database Register showing document details and revision status.
They control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of both electronic and hard-copy documents produced by technical teams, projects, or departments.
-Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
-Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
-Receiving and sorting daily mail.
Document Management:
Maintain, manage, and track project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, method statements, and reports.
Ensure proper organization and categorization of documents for easy retrieval.
Control the issuance, revision, and distribution of documents in accordance with document control procedures.
Skills:
Excellent administration skills
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in document control within the construction industry.
Customer service skills
Confident using a computer
Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Excellent attention to detail
Sensitivity and understanding
Strong verbal communication skills.
