As we continue to expand our footprint in the UAE, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Office Administrator cum Document Controller to join our Abu Dhabi team. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily office administrative operations
Maintain accurate records and documentation as per company standards
Support company PRO activities including visa processing, labor services, Emirates ID, medical, etc.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and government departments as required
Maintain inventory of office supplies and handle procurement needs
Provide support in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical activities
Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE labor regulations
Requirements
Proven experience (35 years) in office administration or document control roles in the UAE
Excellent communication and organizational skills
UAE driving license is a plus
Familiarity with UAE PRO processes (visa, labor card, medical, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic document management systems
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of property listing platforms like Bayut and Property Finder is an added bonus
